IT sales manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented IT Sales manager to join our web development team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored web development solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and demonstrate expertise in web development will be key to your success in this position.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Client Consultation: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their web development requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, offering customized solutions that align with their business goals and budget.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and quotes outlining the scope of web development projects, timelines, and associated costs. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure proposals meet clients' specific needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities. Continuously seek feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using Hubspot CRM. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and forecasts.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the web development space. Utilize this knowledge to position our services competitively and identify new market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the web development team to ensure a smooth handover of projects and maintain a clear understanding of technical capabilities to address client inquiries effectively. 
  • Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company revenue growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (min 1 year) in sales, preferably in web development(WordPress, Laravel, React.js), IT services.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies, platforms, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • High level of English language - C1-C2.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
  • A portfolio of past sales achievements and success stories is advantageous.
