Sales Development Representative

Hello! Mindy Support's team is looking for a Sales Development Representative with experience working with the European and American markets.

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative.

Responsibilities:

● Close cooperation with the lead generation team to source new sales prospects

● Custom research and outreach to the relevant audience

● Coordination of Email/LinkedIn campaigns (including A/B testing)

● Creating email templates from scratch

● Constant analysis of Email/LinkedIn campaign efficiency and report generation

● Active outreach on behalf of the Sales Manager's profile

● Booking sales call appointments for Sales Managers

● Supporting the Marketing Team to improve the quality of marketing-sourced leads

● Managing lead databases in HubSpot

● Supporting live chat on the website

● Other tasks related to the sales process

Requirements:

● Profound understanding of B2B sales processes;

● Understanding of outsourcing processes;

● English - Advanced+;

● Work experience of 2+ years in the B2B sector;

● Excellent communication skills, attentiveness, analytical thinking, and proactivity.
