Laravel Developer (offline)

We are looking for a Laravel Developer for an outstaff project.

Workload: part-time.

jQuery is our front-end framework. That and Bootstrap are all we're using at the moment.
Python is being used through Azure Functions as an API for accessing patient data separately from the web application.We have a UI/UX MVP prototype that needs to be integrated with our clinic partner's EMR APIs for testing and refinement. Our system is built on Azure, and we require support in setting up resources to ensure HIPAA compliance before handling clinic data. Ideally, developers would help finalize our Azure setup, collaborate with our team to connect the APIs, and provide additional Azure resource support to make the software operational and generate pilot test data within the next 1-2 months
