IT Sales Development Representative to $3000 (offline)

We are currently restructuring our sales department and have one vacancy for the position of Sales Development Representative. Training provided. Transparent bonuses. Honest payouts. The one who works, earns. Join our team. Work according to sales regulations. Earn money.

 

Working conditions

  • Remote format of work; 
  • First month will be a paid Company Bootcamp period;
  • $1000 fixed & 3…5% sales bonuses (for start 3%);
  • Monthly bonuses of 3% for each client (every month for a period of 6 months, per new client);
  • All details of the bonus system will be provided during the interview;
  • We work officially (Private Entrepreneur by contract);
  • Flexible work schedule, the result is what matters the most (at least 8 hours a day, 5/2);
  • If necessary, additional equipment is provided (second monitor, work laptop);
  • Access to our sales books library and courses for further sales skills development;
  • Mentorship from sales manager and other colleagues and career growth to a Lead Sales Manager role;
  • Training in IT technical knowledge (theory);
  • English classes 2 times a week (two-person group, outside of working hours).

 

Requirements

  • English at C1 level (both spoken and written, is required);
  • 2+ years of experience selling IT services;
  • Have a understanding of web development technologies;
  • Be ready to study a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts needed for daily work;
  • Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist;
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets;
  • Perseverance, computer power user skills and attention to details;
  • Other accompanying tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Search for new leads on different platforms;
  • Writing unique, non-template offer letters to potential customers;
  • Presentation of the company’s services and tech stack;
  • Business negotiations with clients to discuss project specifics, scope, timelines, budget (calls, emails);
  • Participation in reaching agreements between the client and the company.
