Senior Front-end Developer (Next.JS) (offline)

About the role

We are looking for a diligent and highly skilled Senior Front-end Developer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be a proficient developer with significant expertise in Next JS, Next UI, Tailwind CSS, and Node JS, along with a strong understanding of project architecture that ensures project scalability. Also, the ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-performing and scalable websites (Sales funnels) using Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Plan and architect web applications to ensure scalability, performance optimization, and robust coding standards.
• Oversee the software development life cycle and provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance, documenting application changes and development updates.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement mobile-responsive design.
• Deploy and manage websites on Vercel, Netlify, or similar platforms.
• Utilize the full capabilities of Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with the team regarding project progress, issues, and solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Requirements/must-haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Proven experience in high-performance, scalable websites and applications.
• Comprehensive experience with platforms like Vercel or Netlify for website deployment.
• Strong understanding of web project architecture for enhancing scalability and performance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing high-performance websites using Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive understanding of website speed and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as GitHub.

• Backend knowledge/experience (nice to have).
