Senior Sales Manager (offline)

At Temy, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual for the position of Senior Sales Manager, with the potential for growth into a Sales Lead role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist who is ready to make a direct impact on our sales outcomes and take full control over the direction of our sales efforts. From lead generation to negotiation and deal closure, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Additionally, a key focus of this role will be on enhancing our online sales capabilities to align with our strategic objectives.

Temy is an outsourcing/outstaffing software development company founded in 2014. We provide custom software development services to companies in a variety of industries, including IoT, Fintech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, and Edtech. Our projects primarily come from Europe, the USA, and Israel.

We have a team of over 100 talented software developers and currently manage around 20 active projects. Our offices are located in Kyiv and Lviv, and we have employees working from all over Ukraine and abroad.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
  • 2+ years experience in Outsourcing/Outstaffing company
  • Good command of cold outreach methodologies and experience in launching omnichannel outreach
  • Demonstrate a result-oriented approach, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Fact-checking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, presentation skills
  • Fluent English

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a Head of Sales
  • People management skills - empowerment, coaching, mentoring, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that ensures the achievement of our business goals
  • Close deals
  • Monitor and evaluate sales metrics and KPIs to assess the success of sales strategies
  • Launch cold outreach to bring new clients 
  • Keep the leadership team updated about all customer, market and competitor activities
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM
  • Work collaboratively across teams — including Engineering, Product and Marketing to establish successful — support, channel and partner programs
  • Attend conferences and offline meetings with clients from the EU
