What we expect from your work results:
1. Implementation of the sales plan 2. Execution of the sales conversion rate from incoming inquiries 3. Repeat sales to existing customers
What will be included in your duties:
β Acceptance and processing of all incoming requests (calls, application from the website, letter, messengers)
β Appointment and holding of meetings with potential clients
β Consulting and selection of the optimal solution for the client's tasks β Work in the production program according to the business process
β Checking and clarifying information on the client's order before launching into production
β Regular and correct management of CRM
β Coordination and conclusion of contracts with clients
β Document flow control between the client and the company
β Control of the execution of tasks under the agreement at the appropriate stage
β Control of delivery of the order on time
β Setting additional tasks for responsible employees in the process of order production
β Filling data in the report table (daily, weekly, monthly)
β Active participation in all meetings related to sales quality action (certifications for knowledge of scripts, calibration, one-on-one meetings)
