Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients within the startup ecosystem mostly in the US. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong network, and the ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients within the startup sector.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and founders.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' recruitment challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present our agency’s value proposition effectively, highlighting our expertise in startup recruitment.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

     

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients, particularly in the US.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the unique challenges faced by emerging companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
