Middle/Senior Frontend developer (offline)

We are seeking experienced Middle/Senior Frontend Developer to join our team for the redesign and redevelopment of our Enterprise SaaS platform. This platform facilitates strategic planning, execution, and monitoring through digitalized workflows, expert coaching, and robust data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend components using JavaScript frameworks (React) and TypeScript.
• Implement responsive layouts with HTML and CSS.
• Utilize state management libraries such as Redux or MobX to maintain application state.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and feature planning.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their growth.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and a strong understanding of frontend frameworks, especially React.
• Solid foundation in TypeScript for building scalable applications.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3, including CSS preprocessors.
• Familiarity with state management patterns and libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
• Additional expertise in performance optimization, tooling (monorepos, Vite/Rollup, Webpack), testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright), architectural patterns, and proven mentoring and leadership skills.
• Level of English: Upper-intermediate and higher.

Preferred Experience:

• Middle Engineer: 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior Engineer: 6+ years of relevant experience.
