Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the e-commerce sector.
  • Manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales department.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to company leadership.
  • Implement new approaches and technologies to optimize the sales process.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales position within an IT company, preferably in the e-commerce domain.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce market and its trends.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to negotiate and close beneficial deals.
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
