Junior Sales Manager (offline)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring various online services and sending CVs of developers to suitable positions. This includes monitoring new vacancies posted in special chats and platforms and promptly offering our candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Monitoring various job platforms and special chats for new vacancies.
  • Promptly responding to new job requests and offering suitable candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system with relevant information.
  • Reporting on results and activities.
  • Adhering to and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
 

  • Relevant experience in similar roles (1+ years).
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using online outstaff services (such as Youteam, TechProjectsNow, MyBench, iBench, Upwork).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and market dynamics is a plus.
  • English proficiency at B2 level (German B1 is a plus).
