Head of Sales (offline)

You have:
- 3 years+ experience in sales as a Head of sales department
- Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance sales teams
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time 

Will be a plus:
- experience in traffic/advertising/CPA networks
- technical stack

You will do:
- Set sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales department, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with other departmnets (marketing, product, r&d and analytics teams)
- Analyze sales data, market trends to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation

- Represent the company at conferences for building professional networks, leads, brand
