Head of Sales (offline)

Codebridge is looking for a Head of Sales who will lead our sales efforts to drive strategic growth and expansion. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our sales strategy, building a high-performing team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. 

 

Main responsibilities  

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion. 
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and negotiate key contracts to expand market share and drive profitability. 
  • Sales Process Optimization: Establish and optimize sales processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data insights, and prepare regular reports for TOP management to drive informed decision-making. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. 
     

Requirements 

  • Experience in Head of Sales or Lead Sales roles in outsource IT company, with a proven track record of impactful initiatives. 
  • Willingness to provide references from previous employers upon request, demonstrating a positive professional relationship, reliability and effective performance 
  • Achievements in developing and implementing sales strategies in IT, delivering tangible results in attracting new clients and revenue growth. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire and motivate remote team. 
  • Proficient in establishing clear and measurable goals, utilizing s KPIs or OKRs, and conducting thorough performance assessments. 
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
