IT Security and Azure-O365 Specialist (offline)

Devico is looking for a motivated and talented IT Security and Azure-O365 Specialist with commercial experience of at least 5 years to join to our team on a full-time basis.

Our platform provides advertisers with a tool to manage all media investments across various AdTech and media platforms within a single solution and with a multichannel perspective. Platforms allow advertisers to orchestrate all display, social, search, video, mobile and OOH campaigns from a single interface. Thanks to artificial intelligence and process automation, companies can orchestrate the entire campaign management process from briefs, planning, and activation to trafficking and reporting.

High-growth Ad-Tech SaaS company. Classic Scrum process. 13-15 scrum teams. Each team contains 4-6 persons(1QA, 1BA, up 2 Backend, up to 2 frontends) Micro-service architecture, micro-frontends, PostgreSQL, Docker, druid, third_party service integrations, ML, AI.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Security Management:

  • Implement and maintain best practices for Azure and Microsoft 365 security.
  • Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) for secure user access.
  • Utilize Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender for Cloud to monitor threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Implement Data Classification and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to prevent sensitive data leaks.
  • Stay informed about the latest security threats and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Staying up to date on changes to the ISO 27001 standard and best practices.

     

Microsoft 365 Administration:

  • Ability to configure and manage the whole Microsoft 365 suite (Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender and so on)
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Microsoft 365.
  • Provide access and support to applications through Microsoft Single Sign On for our colleagues.
  • Configure and manage email security features like spam filtering and malware protection.
  • Implement data retention and archiving policies.
  • Monitor all the Microsoft 365 services health and troubleshoot any issues.

     

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date on the latest Azure and O365 functionalities and best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for security procedures and configurations.
  • Collaborate with the CISO to manage security activities or projects
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Help colleagues setting up systems or resolve issues

     

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security administration
  • You hold a Microsoft 365 Certification.
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environment security features.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Level of English: Upper-intermediate and higher.
