UI/UX designer (offline) to $700

Job Description: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at “Harbour Tech”. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and development through a two-month non-paid internship, followed by a potential full-time position. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our team to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products.

Requirements:

3-6 months of experience in UI/UX design.

Ability to work 6-8 hours per day.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Selection Process: The selection process includes a two-month non-paid internship, during which you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and learn from our experienced team. After the internship period, there will be an interview to evaluate your performance and discuss potential full-time employment.

Internship Details: During the internship, you will participate in a team project assigned for a duration of two months. You will work closely with a team lead who will assign tasks and provide guidance. Additionally, you will have daily calls with your supervisor and weekly calls with a senior team member to discuss general questions and provide feedback.

Portfolio Project: Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive a commercial project to add to your portfolio. The top three performers, based on evaluation criteria, will receive a direct offer for a full-time position with the company.
