Sales Manager $1000-1100

- Higher education;
- English level B2;
- Strong negotiation skills at a high level;
- Experience in international B2B sales is a plus;
- Team management and leadership experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including English;
- Ability to compose official letters and documents;
- Skillful negotiation abilities;
- Proficient in various software and social media platforms: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Mac OS, Safari, Chrome, Grammarly, etc.;
- Efficient information/email handling;
- Thrives in multitasking environments;
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.

You'll need diligence, patience, and resilience for:
- Professional correspondence and negotiations, conducting meetings with potential clients;
- Written and verbal communication, both personal and online meetings with potential clients, including cold communications;
- Working with CRM, registering clients/leads, maintaining client records,
contact management;
- Lead and deal management, funnel creation and CRM adaptation;
- Organization and preparation of documents for client agreements: proposals, research, presentations, NDA, SLA, LoE, etc.;
- Providing regular sales reports;
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly presentation/report preparation and delivery;
- Collaboration with other teams (PR, Finance, etc.);
- Written communication through email and LinkedIn based on existing
instructions, reframes, and algorithms to schedule online meetings and/or conclude agreements;
- Document analysis, creating commercial proposals, preparing contracts, and other documents.
