Senior UI/UX Designer (Crypto) (offline) $3000-8000

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency space, a strong background in user-centered design, and the ability to transform complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our crypto products, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead the design of our crypto products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features and improvements.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual language across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in crypto, blockchain, and product design.
   

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven experience designing for crypto or blockchain products is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
