Head of Sales (offline)

We are a company located in New York looking for Head of Sales. The key challenge for this role is to build a new team and support existing successful sales

team. Your efforts will be supported by guidance and input from the Owner/CEO, and other teammates as required.

You will also be provided with a specially developed training program to learn about our quality product.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key

market segments, and increase sales;

- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for

improvement, and report findings to senior management;

- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular

performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets;

- Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues

that arise;

- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned

with company values and priorities;

- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department,

providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth;

- Market analysis.

Qualifications:

- 7-10 years of related sales experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience;

- Strong experience in CRM systems;

- Fluent English (C2 level);

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate opportunities and problems to drive

business results;

- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and

cooperate effectively;

- Strong team-building and leadership skills, as a positive and encouraging leader;

- Solid analytical skills;

- Comfortable working independently in a busy and sometimes high-pressure environment.
