Middle Designer

TraderEvolution Global is looking for a Middle Designer to join our team.

We are an international fintech company specializing in solutions for the brokerage business. The company's clients include brokerage firms and banks around the world.

Our production work is reliable and scalable. We deliver on time, with no surprises other than excellent results. Our projects have short turn around times and tight deadlines. Our clients have high expectations, we work with top-notch designs, and the required level of precision is very high.

Requirements:

- You have 3+ years of experience

- You have solid Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills.

- You know how to keep your files, layers, and folders super-organized, even if you’re a creative mess outside of Photoshop

- You can take charge of small tasks independently, and take on bigger jobs with little supervision

- You can contribute to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning

- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and coping with rapid change is required

- You’re always on the lookout for process efficiencies

- You can handle repetitive tasks and stay focused

- You’re well-versed in English and production tricks

- Meet deadlines and work with design leads to understand and prioritize workload

- Documenting client requirements and support design deliverables for the project

- Portfolio availability

Responsibilities:

- Prototyping and interface development

- Creating design elements and new panels for desktop, web and mobile applications, taking into account logical structure

- Work with technical documentation

- Constructively transform logical problems into user-friendly interface

- Search for a graphic solution - preparing a design concept

Nice to have:

- Ability to control and measure results at projects

- Team management skills

- Ability to manage and eliminate conflict issues

- Experience in pre-sale activities

- Good visual/graphic design skills

- High-level understanding of front-end development

- Experience of work in enterprise type of projects
