Requirements:

βœ”οΈ Minimum of 3 years in Account Management, preferably in the IT outsourcing/outstaff industry.

βœ”οΈ International Experience: Proven track record of working with international customers.

βœ”οΈ Partnership Building: Strong desire to establish long-term, robust partnerships with clients.

βœ”οΈ Customer Focus: A customer-centric and results-oriented approach.

βœ”οΈ High level of accountability and reliability.

βœ”οΈ Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, emphasizing active listening and the ability to ask pertinent questions.

βœ”οΈ Win-Win Attitude: Advocate of the win-win approach in negotiations.

βœ”οΈ Software Development Understanding: Basic understanding of software development processes.

βœ”οΈ Relocate to Cyprus

 

Responsibilities:
