Strong Junior UI/UX Designer (offline)

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who will work on various web and mobile projects.

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer in real and completed commercial projects (min 4). Up-to-date portfolio of UI/UX design: A diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in relevant tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.

- Understanding of UX Design, Design Thinking Methodology, JTBD and Human Centered Design, Mobile First Design;

- Working knowledge of: Figma, AI, PS;

- Ability to create user interviews, personas, user flow;

- Understanding of UX and psychology of perception;

- Knowledge of English Upper Intermediate В2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with clients on Upwork.

Responsibilities:

- Creation of corporate websites, web platforms and landing pages;

- Conducting UX research (competitor research);

- Prototyping and wireframing;

- Creation of design systems and UI kits;

- Be proactive and responsible;

- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism;

- Ability to clearly express their thoughts and justify their decisions;

- Creating modern, high-quality and user-friendly user interfaces;

- Client Interaction Skills: Ability to understand client requirements, communicate design concepts effectively, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle;

- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;

- Problem-solving attitude: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and find creative solutions when faced with challenges.

Will be a plus:

- Working with product ecosystems (complex web applications, mobile applications);

- Understanding of iOS Guidelines, Android Material Design, HTML, CSS (SCSS);

- Ability to create corporate identity;

- Ability to create graphics and illustrations;

- Ability to present and justify your decisions.
