Experience:

βœ“ Successful experience in sales, customer management in the B2B.

βœ“ Experience in building successful teams focused on results.

βœ“ Experience in Fintech company.

βœ“ Experience in preparing commercial proposals.

βœ“ High motivation and effectiveness in achieving sales goals.

βœ“ Ability to lead and motivate a team.

βœ“ Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

βœ“ Deep understanding of the online payments and e-commerce market.

βœ“ English (Advanced level).

 

Responsibilities:

 

βœ“ Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy.

βœ“ Management of the sales force, including recruitment, training and motivation of the team.

βœ“ Determination of sales goals, control of their achievement and ensuring constant growth of sales volumes.

βœ“ Development and support of key customers, conclusion of contracts and negotiations with partners.

βœ“ Analysis of the market and competitors, identification of new opportunities for business expansion.
