Head of Sales
Experience:
β Successful experience in sales, customer management in the B2B.
β Experience in building successful teams focused on results.
β Experience in Fintech company.
β Experience in preparing commercial proposals.
β High motivation and effectiveness in achieving sales goals.
β Ability to lead and motivate a team.
β Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
β Deep understanding of the online payments and e-commerce market.
β English (Advanced level).
Responsibilities:
β Development and implementation of the companyβs sales strategy.
β Management of the sales force, including recruitment, training and motivation of the team.
β Determination of sales goals, control of their achievement and ensuring constant growth of sales volumes.
β Development and support of key customers, conclusion of contracts and negotiations with partners.
β Analysis of the market and competitors, identification of new opportunities for business expansion.
