Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork)

We are Bato — a full-cycle web design and development agency, and we are looking for a Lead Generator with possibity to grow into Sale Manager to join our team and help us to execute and develop our business development strategy for US and EU markets.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Conducting research and identifying potential customers mostly via Upwork and potentially in similar platforms. Including writing proposals, cover letters etc.

- Maintaining Upwork freelancer and Agency profiles

- Interact with sales team and C-level executives to elaborate the best working sales strategy and find out the optimal approaches

- Collecting and maintaining customer information in the CRM database (or appropriate documentation)

- Zoom/Meet calls, meetings, in order to understand client's needs and project scope.

 

Main skills:

 

- Experience in IT and/or in Sales/Lead Generation

- Experience in working with Upwork, similar platforms will be a plus

- Excellent verbal and written English (at least B1 level and practice experience).

- Independence and feeling of responsibility

- Time management skills, high level of self-organization

- Attention to details (written and spoken)

- Ability and willingness to learn and grow quickly

- Focus on results achievement

- French language will be a plus
