Web Designer

Mates Marketing is a specialized company focused on offering lead generation services tailored to the US and Canada markets. Our mission is to assist businesses by delivering high-quality leads and targeted traffic.

We are developing in-house software to efficiently manage all our marketing endeavors.

Currently we are looking for a creative Web Designer to work on challenging projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and our internal team to understand project objectives, target audiences, and conversion goals.
Participate in preparation and development of advertising materials and ideas.
Translate the requirements into style guides, design systems and design patterns.
Develop the design for our corporate website and websites of our clients.
Create video ads, animation and infographics.

Requirements:

2+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design (websites).
Strong understanding of user experience design principles, business/user needs and project requirements.
Expertise in user interface design, including creating visual designs, creating design systems and designing for responsive web interfaces.
Solid experience in creating animation, infographics with a huge base of different effects, transitions.
Able to resize under many different sizes from the same plot.
Experience with video files and images (search, selection, editing, compilation and retouch).
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects or similar program, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator.
English – intermediate (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
