Technical Lead

Hey!
We are currently looking for a strong professional to join our team as a Technical Lead.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C1 level);
- Flexibility with working hours;
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
- 5+ years of programming experience as a full-stack developer;
- 2+ years of experience with Typescript, Node.js, React, and SQL
- Basic DevOps experience;
- Experience with mobile development (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus;
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code solutions is a plus;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Focus on solving business problems rather than specific technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-sales activities;
- Lead the discovery phase;
- Set up projects;
- Development;
- Contribute to building and improving company processes;
- Develop templates for quick project starts and development.

Trial period 3 months

Hiring stages:
1. HR interview - up to 30 minutes.
2. Technical interview:
- general & coding - 1 hour;
