Our company is a Software Vendor Company, we develop our own algorithms for video analytics on IP cameras/servers and meta-data processing software, and further sell them to our partner network.

The goal of the position
is to develop inbound leads as well as run outreach campaigns designed by and together with Digital Marketing Manager and / or our Sales & Marketing Team.

Job description:
• Identify and grow inbound leads.
• Qualify incoming digital leads according to the company's buying persona description.
• Make intro calls and letters if needed to qualify leads.
• Data management - ensure that the information about leads in the CRM system (Zoho) is up to date and accurate to support marketing and sales activities.
• Provide marketing and sales teams with the insights to make changes to the campaigns.
• Proactively reach out to companies to present our services, using various outbound sales channels, like email and LinkedIn.
• Research prospects on LinkedIn to find buying signals and custom personalization.
• Work with various online tools and databases to increase conversion rates.
• Meet your KPIs and contribute to your regional market sales target.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English B2 (both spoken and written).
• Experience in efficient lead generation, inbound leads development.
• Good communication skills using various outbound sales channels, like email and LinkedIn.
• Cold calls experience.
• Organization skills and self-drive to experiment with various automation tools, conversation starters, and messages.
• Strong learning capacity and analytical mindset to become an expert in the verticals relevant to our clients and stay up-to-date with news, insights, and best practices.
• Work and build expertise within the company's regional markets in collaboration with our Sales & Marketing Team.
