We are looking for the ideal candidate who possesses strong practical experience in development and a genuine interest and passion for Web3, as well as actively keeping up with industry news and trends for our company that would be remote based but would be committed to adhering to deadlines.

Our project domain is Fintech and Web3 web-applications. We love working with data and analyzing it to create value for our partners.

The scope of your responsibilities on this role will be:

Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding technology-related matters, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.

Solution Architecture: Define the architectural framework, technologies, and methodologies for both upcoming and ongoing projects within the company.

Projects Planning: Strategize project development timelines, scopes, tasks, deliverables, and budgets based on thorough time estimates for their completion.

Team Management: Manage team workload and oversee delivery timelines for concurrent projects to ensure efficient project execution.

Performance Monitoring: Implement systems and processes for monitoring the performance of technology solutions, including service uptime, response times, and user satisfaction, and take proactive measures to address any issues or bottlenecks.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to technology projects, such as technical limitations, security vulnerabilities, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled technology team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in outsourcing and technology services, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's capabilities and competitiveness.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
