Senior/Lead Product Designer

Hi guys! We are expanding our team and invite you to become part of it.
We are active and successfully working, expanding our marketplace and range of services.
Now we are looking for Senior/Lead Product Designer who will join our team in Riga. The mandatory requirement is relocation.

Our ideal candidate would come from the iGaming industry, having filled similar roles on different scales, being fully charged and passionate to evolve with us, and becoming a market leader.

We expect:
- 4 years of general experience in designing and creating products;
- Experience in the IGaming industry;
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX;
- Mandatory understanding of the specifics of digital communication channels;
- A responsible approach to solving problems and the ability to test ideas in practice;
- Previous experience in process building, mentoring and team development;
- Excellent experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite;
- Ability to work with Jira;
- Willingness to work in multitasking mode and desire to grow with the team;
- A portfolio that showcases not only your graphic skills, but how you make decisions.

Your main tasks will be:
- Development of new products - logo, identity and branding, design systems together with the product design team and UX/UI;
- Product design team management;
- Create and implement new functionality;
- Conduct data analytics in the field of product design;
- Independently control the quality of execution;
- Redesign and improve the service, working out usage scenarios and creating concepts.
