Java Technical Lead

Location: Remote from Poland


Technical Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, Linux, Microservices, Web Services, and REST API
- Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership or team lead roles
- Ability to comprehend architectural and technical aspects of projects
- Proficient in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Fluency in English
