Your responsibilities:

Create UI/UX design for Business Banking Web Application
Create and sustain design standards
Contribute to the creation of the international design system
Participate in user research and testing
Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
Analyse technical requirements and constraints
Close communication inside Product Team
Be a driver in the discovery process
Ability to articulate own design decisions

Preferred qualifications:

At least 3 years of commercial experience in a UI/UX
Good understanding of Human-Centered design principles and a variety of user research methods.
Experience in doing user research and testing
Fluent Figma skills
Atomic design understanding
Fintech expertise will be a plus
