Sales Manager (offline)

Hey there! We are looking for a Sales Representative with at least 2 years of commercial experience to join our team. This is a remote position.

Main responsibilities:

- Working with warm leads (inbound)
- Clarifying the requirements of the client's task, completing necessary documents, CRM system
- Providing advice to clients on the company's services
- Conducting communication on video calls and correspondence
- Handling objections. Resolving conflict situations while working with the client
- Presentation preparation
- Fulfilling personal sales plan and conversion targets

Team

You’ll be working in a small and friendly team that consists of Head of Sales, Sales Managers, and Lead generators

Requirements:

Must-have:

- English level C1
- Minimum 2 years of services sales (not required IT Sales specification)
- Ability to identify requirements and write user stories
- Working experience with the Western market clients
- Knowledge and use of sales techniques
- Result oriented

Good-to-have:

- Previous work with CRM systems
- Will be good to know UpWork service
- Experience in B2C sales

Working hours
