Senior UX/UI designer

Arounda is a full-cycle Digital Product Design and Development agency, operating on the market since 2016. Our main clients are American and European technological companies.

We are looking for senior UX/UI Designer able to understand business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

What you will need to do:
- Creation of web applications
- Creation of corporate websites and landing pages
- Creation of iOS and Android applications
- Conducting UX research (Research of competitors)
- Creation of information architecture
- Creation of design concepts
- Creation of adaptive and responsive design
- Prototyping
- Creation of UI Style guide
- Creation of graphics and illustrations

Required Skills:
- Experience from 3-4 years
- Experience in B2B / B2C
- Knowledge of Figma, AI, PS
- Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above
- Ability to give and accept constructive criticism
- Experience in all stages of the design process from UX research to the creation of design systems
- Working with large product ecosystems (web app, SAAS platforms, mobile app)
- Ability to adequately present and defend your work in front of the internal team / client team
- Experience working with a team of multiple designers
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience in creating presentations, case studies, product pages on one of the tilda/readymag/webflow/wix tools

Will be a plus:
- English level Advanced and above
- Experience as a Team Lead or Lead Designer in a team of 3+ professionals
- Experience as a Product Designer
- Expertise in Fintech, Cryptocurrency niches
