Job Description:

SZEF MONTAŻ SP Z O.O. is looking for a dynamic person for the position of Sales Manager. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Polish, and knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage. The person hired will be responsible for actively acquiring new customers, developing business relationships and managing the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Actively acquire new customers and build lasting business relationships.
Developing and implementing sales strategies.
Advising customers on the products and services offered.
Preparing and negotiating commercial contracts.
Conducting ongoing communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Preparing reports on sales performance.
Representation at international exhibitions.
Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of English and Polish (spoken and written B2-C1).
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Experience in the sales field, B2B industry preferred.
Ability to work in a team and be independent.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Communicativeness and ease in establishing contacts.
Knowledge of other foreign languages (German,Italian, French, Spanish) is welcome.
