Responsibilities:
*Communication with customers to analyze, manage and document their requirements and needs.
*Develop dashboards and reports to track the weekly/monthly/quarterly performance.
*Conduct analysis and apply your analytic and business intelligence skill to extract data-driven insights from data sets. This will require data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling.
*Closely communicate and coordinate sales effort with marketing and product departments.
*Collect and analyze clients’ feedback to Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to improve the product.
