Location — remote (Ukraine)

Sometimes it will be necessary to have a business trip for a personal meeting in Madrid. Therefore, if the candidate is in Ukraine, he should be able to travel abroad.

Our candidate

Is prepared to develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, taking into account the company’s plan. He has experience working in the IT niche and with clients in Europe and the USA. The candidate is results-driven, proactive, and able to explain his proposals, effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

This key role involves partnering with the CEO and the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation for markets: USA, European Union and secure new business opportunities in key verticals: healthcare, finance, software development, applications, and blockchain.
- Lead management: Efficiently process incoming requests from various channels (website, referrals, etc.), taking ownership of leads, warming up potential clients, and performing diligent follow-ups.
- Lead qualification: Conduct thorough profiling and qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our services and capacity, including understanding client needs, project scope, and budget considerations.
- Client engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting Bluepes in the best possible light to make clients keen to engage our services.
- Pre-sales coordination: Supervise and drive the pre-sale team, providing them with necessary input data for crafting proposals, ensuring the final proposals align with client expectations and company standards.
- Deal closure: Lead in presenting proposals to clients, addressing any concerns, and negotiating terms to successfully close deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and marketing departments.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create cohesive and effective growth strategies.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the software development industry, with specific experience in mobile, web, and software development
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and persuade at all levels of an organization
- Experience in supervising teams and coordinating pre-sales activities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive business decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, and proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
- A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being a significant plus.
