Lead UI/UX Designer (offline)

Our Client is the Enterprise Worldwide Company. The product you will be working with, provides management and data processing/handling capabilities for networks of the clients scientific lab equipment such as microscopes, etc. The main goals are:
Collection and centralized management of data outputs (measurement results, etc.) provided by clients devices
Outdated data utilization
Managing large volumes of data acquired from measurement devices in the cloud securely and reliably
Seamless sharing of measurement data with collaborators
The ability to share measurement results and accelerate customer service.

Requirements:
Design Proficiency: Should be skilled in designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using, for example, Figma’s features and tools
Prototyping Abilities: Should be able to create interactive prototypes in Figma to simulate user interactions and demonstrate the flow of the design
Collaboration Skills: Should be able to be adept at collaborating with other team members, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, by sharing Figma files and collecting feedback
Component Libraries: Should be able to create and manage component libraries in Figma to maintain design consistency and streamline the design process across projects
Version Control: Should be able to understand how to use Figma’s version control features to track changes, revert to previous versions, and collaborate on designs with multiple team members
User Research Integration: Should have experience integrating user research findings into the design process by using Figma to create user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts
Responsive Design: Should be proficient in designing responsive interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes and devices, leveraging Figma’s layout grids and constraints

Responsibilities:
Prepare clicable prototype
Designing the applications
Generate ideas and concepts
Comprehensive research and results presentation
Create user portraits, flows, scenarios
Visual research
Design interaction patterns and guidelines for different platforms
UX deliverables such as personas, scenarios, CJM, sitemaps, service blueprint etc.
Mock-ups according to system guidelines, accessibility standards, and clients design system
Support development team during implementation
