Who we are looking for

Hi-Human Group is currently looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Representative. The main responsibilities of this role include generating demo calls from inbound and outbound channels, as well as following up on leads in the sales pipeline. This position is based in the Indonesia Time Zone, so a stable internet connection and the necessary online communication equipment are required. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented and possess key skills such as prioritization, effective communication, content writing, and attention to detail. Fluency in English is a must, and having SDR/BDR experience is a plus.

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- Demonstrate an Advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency.
- Be a self-motivated and organized individual.
- Show a history of meeting KPIs and targets.
- Have excellent time management abilities and adaptability.
- Know how to write engaging content.
- Exhibit strong written communication skills.
- Have an active LinkedIn Account.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Meet-Alfred is a plus.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and scheduling calls with them to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Attend product demos and Q&A sessions with both inbound and outbound leads in order to write follow-ups.
- Manage CRM and accurately record all necessary sales data in the CRM system.
- Keep an active LinkedIn page for your outreach activities and write content for it.
- Reporting to the Head of Business Development.
