Front-End Engineer (React)

CareerOS is looking for highly motivated and skilled Front-end Engineer who is passionate about building great products and solving challenging technical problems. This position is for middle level engineer.

As a Front-End Engineer at CareerOS, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the technical vision for our products.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive the development of innovative and high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you’ll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.

🚀 Within this role, you will:
- Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document programs in Javascript (React, Typescript)
- Work closely with design and product departments to collaborate on product vision and design.
- Implement pixel-perfect and adaptive designs for our core app.
- Work in a continuous delivery environment, writing production-ready code that is deployed continuously.
- Advising on new technologies and methodologies.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
- Involve in code review and tech decisions.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure that products are user-friendly and intuitive.
- Make decisions quickly and fast by yourself under your responsibility - we believe in hiring great people and give them freedom to execute.

😎 We’ll be glad to meet you if you have:
- 2-5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, and/or other technical domains.
- Experience with JS/React, Go/Node, Figma, design, components library.
- Pet projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English at an upper-intermediate level.

Will be a plus:
- Experience working in a start-up.
- Experience in ML or AI products.
- Desire to build great product.
