Responsibilities:
-Designing intuitive and efficient interactions and workflows for digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
-Planning and conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and iterate on solutions based on user insights.
-Creating design documentation, including user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interaction design specifications to communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and development teams.
-Participating in an iterative design process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve the user experience of digital products.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.
-Staying up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and methodologies, and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.


Skills:
-Proven experience in UX/UI design.
-Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, Adobe XD, etc.)
-Understanding of the principles of usability and adaptive web interfaces.
-Proficiency in Story Maps, Customer Journey Maps, and User Stories.
-Solid understanding of typography and composition principles.
-Ability to generate and visualize effective user interface solutions.
-Understanding of frontend development technologies, knowledge of HTML and CSS.
-Understanding of Material Design Human Interface Guidelines for mobile development.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
-A strong portfolio showcasing your design work is mandatory.
