Business Development and Sales Leader

We are currently looking for a talented and innovative Business Development & Sales Leader, who can build everything regarding our Sales from scratch and make sure to lead us to even more success in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies aligned with company goals;
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive new customer acquisition;
- Lead the sales function in exceeding revenue targets;
- In partnership with marketing, develop and implement lead generation campaigns to attract qualified prospects;
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes;
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business;
- Partner with talent acquisition and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to attracting, engaging, and retaining both clients and talent;
- Champion the company brand and value proposition through various communication channels.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry;
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth;
- Identifying and cultivating qualified leads and turning them into loyal customers;
- Building rapport, presenting value propositions, and negotiating favorable deals;
- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, developing mutually beneficial partnerships, and leveraging them for growth;
- Having an understanding of customer needs and developing targeted strategies to attract, engage, and convert new clients;
- Building strong, long-term relationships with newly acquired and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving repeat business;
- At least an Advanced level of English;
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and talent acquisition;
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
