Senior Graphic Designer - Book Layouting

Hi, can you imagine doing the layout for a book?
Intralab is a management consultancy based in Vienna, Austria. We are currently looking for a freelance graphic designer to help us with our latest marketing project. Maybe you see yourself in the role below?

We are looking for a designer who we can work with regularly and who can provide style, quality and reliability in terms of deadlines and time tracking. Projects will be marketing related like this one and part of our projects with our consultancy projects.

Our current marketing project is a book that explains how to make business transformations successful. It will be sent to potential clients for Intralab as part of our marketing. It would be great to have a nice and creative layout, ideally designed in line with our corporate identity (see website: www.intralab.net)

The book will be about 100-130 pages of pure content in A5 size (measured now in Word document), so it could be around 180 pages including the layout. We would provide you with the text in German and all our ideas and wishes regarding design and deadline.

If our collaboration goes well, we could continue to work together on a medium to long-term basis. In this case you would design PowerPoint slides for us or our clients in the consulting business and create designs for change stories. Sometimes we would approach you with a request to design marketing elements for Intralab such as a new element on our website (only the design in Figma, not the technical implementation).

The payment would be between 20-25€/hour according to your prior experience and provided quality.
