ServiceNow Developer - Telecommunications Service Management

Responsibilities:
- Enhance ServiceNow's standard product "Telecommunications Service Management" by integrating TMF APIs, including Order Management (TMF-622), Inventory Management (TMF-637), Catalog Management (TMF-620), and bundling of products.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes (e.g., Code Reviews, Unit Testing).
- Collaborate with product owners to comprehend detailed requirements and take ownership of the entire development lifecycle from design to delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Design and implement APIs using GraphQL, gRPC, and RESTful services.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with API design and implementation using GraphQL, gRPC, and RESTful services.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: GoLang, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and React.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, SQL, and considerations for performance and scalability.
- Analytical and design skills.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
