Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity and meet the needs of our clients. Your creativity and technical skills will be instrumental in crafting engaging digital experiences that captivate and retain our audience.

Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web design to continuously improve the quality of our work.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in English (Advanced level).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar;
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Important!
Working hours are flexible, but your schedule should overlap with our US team by at least 4 hours. They start at ~4 pm Kyiv time. Night owls are welcome 😄
