Looking for a Sales Manager for an IT Outstaffing Company $800-1500
About Us:
New Wave Devs is an Outstaffing company, based in Ukraine and the USA. We provide skilled remote IT professionals for different types of projects around the globe. In 2024 we want to dive deep into the West Asia market, and we are open to new challenges.
Requirements:
β 3+ years of experience working in IT sales;
β Prior experience working with Western Asia companies and understanding their business culture;
β Have a basic understanding of development technologies that are presented on a market, for what purpose this or that technology is used;
β Familiarity with CRM systems and efficient management of client databases;
β Strong experience with automation sales tools (f.e. Lemlist, Linked Helper 2, Zapier, etc.);
β Have an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English;
β Experience closing deals on 100000$+;
β Knowledge of Arabic is not a must, but a plus.
Responsibilities:
β Doing full-cycle sales;
β Involve automation tools in work to maximize your KPIs (we are ready to cover expenses on such tools);
β Communicating with our CTO, who will help with personnel selection using our internal database with verified specialists.
