Senior Product UX/UI Designer $4000-5000

Qualifications:

* UX/UI and Product Design experience within mobile apps.
* Proficiency in Figma
* Comprehensive and deep product thinker: Yes, we need elegant screens and flows but also a product and strategy-minded partner to help think through problems and solutions for our users.
* Experience with zero to one: The product works well for many of its users but we know we’re just at the beginning here and aren’t afraid to rebuild where it's needed!
* Comfort on Small teams: Our impact may already be mighty, but it’s a scrappy team and much of the work you do will be solo or with one or two collaborators.
* Preferred: A background working on “behavioral” products: We have lots of respect for successful products of all types but there’s something a little different about trying to change somebody’s behavior when they’re not using your product. Think fitness apps, telehealth, language trainers, etc.

Expectations:

* Part-time commitment (~20 hours per week) for min. 6 months
* Possible escalation to full-time during or after initial time commitment
* Work will be fully remote
