IT Sales manager $500-1200

Hello!
A Sales Manager position is currently open at a web development company.

Main skills:
Work experience in the field of IT and with upwork for at least 1 year;
Experience of working with foreign exchanges;
Knowledge of sales techniques and the basics of sales psychology;
Skills of effective sales planning and organization;
Sales experience in the B2B segment, including active sales;
Ethics of business communication, rules of establishing business contacts and conducting negotiations.
Basics of pricing and marketing;
Well versed in web development;
Good understanding of the process of developing web and mobile resources;
Understanding the differences between web development and mobile application development;
Understanding the differences between front-end and back-end;
Knowledge of sales types and techniques;
Ability to work with objections;

Main requirements:
Search for new clients and projects on Upwork, clutch.co, LinkedIn and other sources - find relevant opportunities and establish contacts with prospective clients;
Communicate with the client in text, voice, and video calls to discuss all the project’s aspects and nuances such as scope, timeline and budget, reach agreements and close deals;
Create proposals based on the information received from the client and the team, present it to the prospective client and negotiate the deals;
Maintain long-term customer relationships;
