Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain Rust-based applications and libraries for cryptocurrency and blockchain platforms.
-Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
-Implement secure coding practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
-Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems.
-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Rust development to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proficiency in Rust programming language, with a strong understanding of its concepts, syntax, and ecosystem.
-Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
-Solid understanding of cryptography, blockchain fundamentals, and decentralized protocols.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
