ROIFORCIO GmbH (Austria, R&D in Ukraine) is looking for Tech-Lead/CTO for Development Management and Product Architecture Design (JavaScript, PHP...mobile applications) Good data science background is needed. Full remote work, Team is in Ukraine

Skills: management, communicative, initiative, accurate, punctual and systematic, ability to work in harmony with co-workers

Requirements:
High education
At least 3 years of development experience
Management development team
Experience in development JS, Laravel, Microservice Architecture are welcome

Experience in web and mobile applications development.
experience of team management, planning, delegation, and control
Math and Data Science knowledge
Experience in technical specs and sketch writing
Comprehend experience will be advantages
Ability to read databases’ schemas
Knowledge of HTML, CSS
Knowledge of English at Intermediate level

Duties:
Team Management,
- Lead the Development Team in the design, development, and maintenance of Product - Web service, Mobile Application,
Integration with external applications.
- Oversee the integration of third-party exchanges and services through API and WebSockets.
- Drive the development and implementation of new platform features, including AI functionalities.
- Ensure a solid understanding and implementation of service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Collaborate with Top Management and cross-functional Teams to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Technological Stack: Redmine, Jira, AWS, OpenAI, D-ID, Azure, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitLab, Gmail.
