Microsoft Dynamics 365 F and SCM Consultant

Technical Requirements:

Must have:
- Proficient in English
- 2+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Dynamics AX) Consultant, including one end-to-end project in portfolio
- Ability to configure and parameterize the system
- Understanding of customization patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to specify custom solutions for developers
- Experience in business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Supply Chain is advantageous
- Ability to perform and document business and system analysis results (e.g., user stories, processes, diagrams)
- Communication and presentation skills suitable for collaboration within the delivery team
- Creative approach to solving common challenges across projects

Nice to have:
- Proven track record of implementing complex business requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions in collaboration with leadership teams
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification is a significant advantage
- Experience with other leading ERP platforms
- Self-motivated digital solutions enthusiast comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Agile projects

Main Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the project team to define optimized business processes, conduct structured requirements analysis, provide input for project scope or product backlog, prioritize requirements, and assist customers in defining MVP and product roadmaps
- Collaborate with the client (conduct workshops, run demos, present or implement solutions)
- Configure and ensure the solution works according to requirements
- Deliver fit-gap analysis for solution requirements referencing standard capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM
- Proactively share knowledge and onboard new team members while providing guidance.
