Senior UX/UI Designer (offline) $2800-3300
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is key to driving user-centered design for our digital identity management platform, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our global users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of intuitive and impactful user interfaces for the TeqID platform, focusing on usability, aesthetics, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our platform.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the platform.
- Prototype and iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, integrating cutting-edge ideas to enhance the TeqID user experience.
Requirments:
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and UXPin.
- Experience with responsive design and a clear understanding of mobile-first and desktop design.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and accessibility.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, and to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating and defending design decisions.
